The new Edgemaster GEN2 is the latest of Farnese Australia’s automatic edge polishing machines. Due to popular demand, the Edgemaster has been completely redesigned from the ground up and is now available in its new form. It has a number of added features, putting this machine at the top of the market for single head edge polishers.

The Edgemaster GEN2 has a monobloc structure, designed and built to deliver increased strength to the machine. The electro-welded body is combined with a spindle carriage traveling on a linear guide rail on the rear of the machine. The spindle is driven on 4 Axes, which are controlled with a CNC controller, improving accuracy and allowing for remote assistance and support.

The Edgemaster GEN2 is fully automated and comes equipped with an 8 position Automatic Tool Changer, allowing the machine to work continuously and tirelessly without interruption, improving efficiency and accuracy to the completion of work.

The Fixed Work Table comes complete with in built directional rollers for easy loading and unloading of work pieces. The machine also includes an additional support bench. The structure is fully powder coated to resist corrosion and is protected with flexible bellows and stainless steel covers. The Edgemaster GEN2 is equipped with an efficient, high quality, Italian 1.5kw spindle.

With all Farnese machines, we pride ourselves on making features simple to use. The PC based operating system and interface is intuitive and easy to understand, but at the same time allows for remote access support should it be needed.
