The FUSION 2513 is a machining centre for processing solid wood, MDF/particle board panels, plastics, aluminium and composite materials.

This machine has a robust solid steel frame and three spindles, the main spindle is 4.5kW (6.0hp) high precision heavy-duty with an internal cooling fan and ER32 collet, plus a two sided 1.5kW (2.0hp) heavy duty precision spindle with an internal cooling fan and ER20 collet or can be equipped with a robust automatic tool changer spindle plus linear or rotary tooling magazine with 12 positions.

On the phenolic table top there are 4 individually controlled vacuum zones and the table surface has a gasket matrix configuration, allowing various vacuum options e.g. spoilboards and jigs. The vacuum for the table is produced by two 5.5 kW (7.5hp) rotary vane vacuum 3 pumps. These two pumps displace 280m per hour. The table is fitted with five heavy duty pneumatically activated locator stops, with the precise and effortless positioning of each work piece assured. The integrated sensor pad allows the operator to quickly and accurately calibrate each tool, which is automatically stored in the tool offset file.
